John Halsey

John Halsey is active as a keyboard player, cellist, teacher and charity trustee.
He has been a Gentleman of Her Majesty's Chapels Royal, St James's Palace; Director of Music at St Luke's, Chelsea; Organist of the Anglican Chaplaincy, Strasbourg, France; Acting Organist of Wangaratta Cathedral, Victoria, Australia; and is now Organist & Choirmaster of Windsor Parish Church with All Saints.
His varied career has including teaching in St Paul’s School, Barnes; 25 years in management and consultancy for Mars; and Head of Music at Langley Hall Primary Academy in Slough.
John plays a harpsichord made in Canberra based on a seventeenth-century Flemish design.
